As we begin the New Year with the hope of turning the corner, and settings our expectations for a positive and productive year, it is important that we focus on balance in our lives.
All of our great spiritual traditions teach us that balance is the key to life. However, so many of us live an imbalanced life and we neglect areas that are important to the life outcomes that we experience.
To focus our efforts and life energy too heavily on any one area can create an imbalance that causes malnourishment and lead to negative consequences in other areas. The purpose of this podcast episode is to remind us that it is important that we consider the whole of our existence, spiritual, physical, mental, financial, familial, and any other area that is important in our lives.
